From version 0.1.5, Cloxten uses Loki Setup to install its files and third-party softwares. You don't need it if you are planning to use RPM and Debian packages.
   
To avoid unnecessary download of the same installer data every Cloxten update, I decide to separate Cloxten specific 'setup.data' files in:

        'bin/SETUP/setup.data-package-[version].tar.gz'            (that comes with TAR.GZ distribution)

and Loki 'setup.data' files in:

        'bin/SETUP/setup.data-base-[release].tar.gz'                (do not come with TAR.GZ distribution)

Current release value is '1', it corresponds to Loki Setup version 1.4.2. Unless it changes, you need to download this file only once.

File 'setup.data-base-1.tar.gz' do NOT contain the complete Loki Setup distribution, just part of it (Setup is a GPL application).
